About this event
Registration: REGISTRATION BUTTON IS AT THE BOTTOM OF THE PAGE.
- Early registration: $40 (includes lunch)
- Postmark deadline: May 20, 2025
- Late registration: $45 (lunch not guaranteed)
- Walk-in or postmarked after May 20, 2025
- You will receive ride map, rider number and any pre-paid raffle tickets in your registration packet upon arrival
Ride Details:
- Registration opens: 8:30 am
- Ride start: 9:00 am - 11:00 am
- Ride at your own pace, following pink ribbons
- Trail includes rocky areas, muddy areas, gravel roads, and creek crossings
- Ensure your horse is conditioned for at least 6 miles on varying grades and terrain
Amenities:
- Lunch provided: 11:00 am - 2:30 pm (vegetarian option available)
- USTR T-shirts available for purchase
- NEW THIS YEAR: 50/50 Cash Raffle (tickets: 1 for $2, 7 for $5, 12 for $20)
- 50% of the cash goes to charity and 50% goes to the winner!!
- You can prepurchase tickets with your mail-in registration or you can buy tickets at the event.
Important Notes:
- Limited parking: trailers must park as directed
- Parking lot opens: 8:00 am
- Trailers arrive no later than 10:30 am
- NO REFUNDS - we appreciate your understanding as this is a charity event
- Healthy horses only
- No dogs, alcohol, drugs, firearms, or smoking
- Riders must always wear protective riding helmets while mounted. NO exceptions.
- Pack out your manure
- No water available for washing/watering horses
Weather Policy:
- Ride will be held rain or shine
- May be cancelled or rescheduled due to hazardous weather or trail conditions
- Notice of rescheduled or cancelled event will be emailed to registered riders on May 23, 2025, after 6 pm

Registration is required before Tuesday, May 20, 2025 at 6:00 PM
Payment in Full In Advance Or At Event
All participants must sign and date a RELEASE, WAIVER, AND INDEMNITY AGREEMENT (USTR Waiver Liability Form) prior to participating in the ride. No exceptions will be made. Participation will not be permitted without a completed waiver on file.
Riders will be required to show proof of a Negative Coggins test dated after 5/25/2024 for all horses participating in the ride. Healthy horses only.
Riders must always wear protective riding helmets while mounted. NO exceptions.
No dogs, alcohol, drugs, firearms, or smoking permitted on property.
Cancellation Policy:
Sorry, no refunds since this is a charity event!
