What is this?
7-10 miles of trail. Rolling meadows and one steep climb up into the woods (1 1/2 mile climb). Michele Hart will be leading this ride. $8-10 parking fee. Small trailer parking so good to come in pairs. Meet at 9:30, ride out at 10.Come ride the lower meadows or climb the “hill” for spectacular views of the valley. There are about 7-8 miles of trails. IF you plan to climb the hill, shoes or boots are recommended, as the upper part has some rocky sections. Directions: Go west on Route 50, through Upperville. West of Upperville turn left at the traffic light, onto Route 17. Entrance to Sky Meadow will be on the left abut ½ mile down Rt. 17. There will be a small “bridle trail” sign with a left arrow just before the turn off 17. Hope to see everyone there. Contact Michele Hart if you are interested in joining this ride.
